lost maps help

hi there guys for some reason i cannot find the maps on my tom tom one europe any help appreciated

Try a re-set.
What software version number ?
What map name & version number ?
Can you see a map folder on your memory card ?
Have you made any changes recently ?

hi russ thanks for your reply i was posting for a friend who has posted himself now` mick 100 `his map folder has gone think maybe been deleted so i have give him a copy of my western european map but now he needs an activation code to get it going your help appreciated
