Lost Maps Tomtom One Europe

HI GUYS I need help I lost my maps for my tomtom one europe
I took it through a xray scanner at an airport and it srewed it up
I have been given a new map of europe but need to activate it

product code-YR5TP KRKJH NNE32

Hi M1CK100, we need to know which map of europe you have ie v660.1256
You will find it on show version screen on your TomTom if the map is instaled

If the map has screwed up the chances are that everything else has screwed up.
Format your memory card - connect your unit to pc & Tomtom Home - check for updates & download the latest software & voice files. Copy the new map folder & you'll also need the postcode file - see post no 1 here -

And for both of you - if you have a look here you'll find the latest v675.1409 maps. You will need software version 6 or 7 on your Tomtom for these maps to work.
