New Technomate 11

Technomate 11 for 9100 and 9101 now released.
This is now in the original files section.
This works well in flash but is a FTA as original manufacture prog.
Iboot does not work at this moment with it but a fix is on the way.
heres the improvements.

I notice they have amended their website too to include this release and a tcc as well

now all we need is a working iboot to go with these new images

All thats changed is the RC key map in the new image so you have to use different buttons to control the iboot menu

TV button to go UP, Bouquet Down to go Down, Bouquet Up to select iboot image

You also have to edit the "rctm9100" on all your iboot images easiest way to do this is FTP to MMC from flash image

All you do is copy the following part from the "rctm9100" in the original 011 image and replace it in the "rctm9100" in the iboot image (only that part though)

"rctm9100" is found in /share/tuxbox/enigma/resources/

Just did EDG-Nemesis-3.2 on iboot and its working fine

Cant take credit for noticing that its the "rctm9100" thats changed that credit goes to tik

thanks for the info m8 , did what you said and 1 or 2 images work ok with sound but I notice that a few others have no audio on this slave box ( connected using phono yellow and white ) and yet other images work fine with sound and vision , very strange

this is with tm011 in the flash after a factory reset , and a 1 gig sd card that I was using for images ( the tm011 flash is ok for sound and video too )

not got the time as yet to test scart or rf channels for audio on the muted images but working ok on a couple of images so not a problem

I am sure that when the newer images arrive by ur , edg , dsteam etc they will be based on the newer 011 or higher anyway so not a real problem , just unexpected

nice to see the fix that TIK worked out as its fairly straightforward to administer :)

I had a few problems as well even with UR011 on iboot which I think is basically the UR010B 0811 image with the new rctm9100 added

Gone back to UR010B4 in flash stuck UR011 on iboot and did the reverse stuck the old rctm9100 in that one so it works but you don't gain anything unless its in flash

It was nice to have extra memory and faster lan for five minutes :D
