Is there any chance to figure out/know what language that they will use on for example Premier Filmclassics.

Sometimes they will transmit with english, it is not often, but it happpens. They send some great movies sometimes, but without english audio it not intersting.

So how do you know this a day before?

You don't. You can only tell after the film has started.
