help after update to hot 9.7b

hi hope someone can help,my hummie was working well,i updated to the new hot 9.7b,as soon as i power the box back up it locks up,if i re install hot9.5? the box dose not lock up,but ive lost tps and premier got all the latest keys clock ahead by 2 hours for9.5 and 1hour for 9.7b,whatever i do i cannot get anything back,any help would be great thanks

I don't know how many more times I'll have to repeat this:
do not load 9.7b over the full version HoT3.4_HoT9.5b!
you have to load full version ToH3.4_HoT9.6 first and then the HoT9.7b.

already tryed this just pryor to your post,i must admit i was doing it wrong first,old age on my part,however tps clears for about ten seconds then locks then clears and so on done usuall stuff clock,france4 etc i should have left well alone,thanks for your reply,many thanks

My appologies @fixer1,this morning I see that TPS is down on my box,too!
I don't know if it was the same last night,while you were trying to make it work,it is very posible!
Concerning the PW,it still works OK,but there has been a confusing PMCT last 3 days,it was the latest Xamuh_HoT9.7b one,which was not OK for this package,but some other guys edited it and re-released it,fixing this PW problem.
If you loaded ToH3.4_HoT9.6 before 9.7b without loading any PMCT afterwards,you shouldn't have any problem with PW ch's.
Don't forget to pull out any CAM from CI slots before trying PW-AU.

P.S. TPS-AU is back,so check it over now.

I have updated as explained with 9.6 and then 9.7b. Last night all were working well. A few minutes ago I put on NASN and it was fine. The other Prem channels were off but after a short time they came on. Unfortunately NASN has gone off again. I have checked Ram Editor and it sees that the correct keys for prem are in, certainly with regard to lines 02 and 03 but I am at a loss as to what to do to get back NASN.

Any help will as usual will be appreciated. Many thanks.

I will try,
But would still like to understand why the Automatic Upload of the new Premiere key (via the MGM channel) at the same time caused NASN to stop working. (this was the channel I was watching before moving to MGM for the update and I moved immediately back)

What happens is that premiere has a provider id 0501. NASN has a provider id 0503. Usually providers 0501 and 0503 use the same key. Sometimes though provider 0503 doesnt use the new key immediately and keeps on using the old key.

Our humax updates simultaneously the keys for both providers 0501 and 0503.

No pmct is gonna fix this, you need a new firmware that will handle separately provider 0503.

(At the time speaking they are using the same key and thats why you are saying that it is working, while at my previous post they were using different keys)
