Hiya & welcome to satpimps
Cant give you any info on using the Echostar machine but as it was a popular machine im sure there are plenty of members on here who can advise you on what exactly what you need to know

To use the dragon cam & the card you will need a programmer with phoenix capability such as the infinity usb which are quite cheap to pick up
You will also need the dragon load file & latest preditor file - there are loads of stickys on here on how to start from stratch

are you going to use the box on a motorised dish? if you are
you will need a 36v motor the echostar 3600ip does'nt support
a diseqc motor. and you will need a progammer to keep the cam
updated there are a few different progammers for me the best is
the cas 3 this is very easy to use, and for the dragon files i found
you need modified files to get the cam to work in the echostar
i sold my 3600 ip to a mate i'm sure he's a member on the forum
i will e-mail him and ask if he will give set-up help, i cant remember
exactly how the menu works now.
