can a fun7 dragon loader card be used to enable emulation in a patched humax 5400 and if so with which file please.

Yes it can be used

Just use any 6 in 1 file. Burn files onto it as if it were a fun 2/4 card i.e. (no need to select ext eep size of 2x1024 - fun7)
