i have a dreambox 500 and everythings been ok with it but the network went down on it now i noticed the network light is flashing on and off on the dreambox i think its knackerd any ideas?

What network light?

Is your DB using a static IP (DHCP not ticked) ?
Can you ping your DB?

no it didnt have a static ip i think the network port has blew on the dreambox the green light flashes in the dreambox i have tested it on 3 routers is there anyway to transfer files through the null modem cable or am i gonna have to bin it thanx for ur reply
