Please can someone tell me what exactly i am supposed to enter in the Biss section using this info ;

Where * = 0

I have been at it for hours and read how (THANKS MARCO) and tried the calculating into hex thing and dropping eighth number etc, but it's not working for me.

If someone could just post the exact details to enter into the Biss section I would much apreciate and have something to check against.

Need now for Patriot's nfl game tonite.

NASN are no longer using the old Premiere Star Key00. As far as I can tell they are using the last Premiere Star Key01 (Prem Star ID503), so if your Premiere packages are working you should get NASN without resorting to using Constant Control Words.
