Watching it now, try altering the frequency slightly 12708 V 5632, according to lyngsat it's 12709 V 5632 3/4

V PID 308
A PID 256
PCR PDID 8190
SID 1
I would assume the FEC is 3/4
Try 12704 V 5632, or around that frequency.
What size dish are you using ?
