No terrestrial with 500 s

Hi I can`t seem to get any terrestrial channels when my Dreambox 500s is turned off with power button do I need to change some setting in the 500 to have terrestrial on my tv.

more info please , are you saying , with your roof antenna plugged in , your tv cannot receive the normal bbc,itv chan4/5 through the UHF



EDIT ang on a sec a dm500 does not have a UHF tuner built in , it only has scart .

this box doesnt have rf loopthrough to my knowledge so should not interfere with terrestrial rf signals from your aerial into your tv at all

just make sure you use the tv remote av button to switch back to your tv tuner after putting the box on standby

Its RTE I and 2 over here in Ireland UHF antenna is plugged directly into TV and works when scart is removed from dreambox could it be a faulty scart on the TV, using Gemini 4.2 image on Dreambox will try the second scart on TV later must go out now for a couple of hours.Think I had truoble with scarts on that TV before.

Working fine on second TV I guess its faulty scarts connectors on tv Thanks.:D
