Hi, I'm new to Clarke Tech too. I bought my receiver, a 2100 plus USB just two days ago.

Getting the new software & softcam in via a USB memory stick proved to be very easy.

Now for your question. I think that you'll have to update the keys often. The autoupdate on Premier worked on Wednesday when I put the latest software 'CTECH2100Plus_117p_20071228' in.

Yesterday it wasn't working any more so I updated the softcam. I think we'll just need to do it as often as needed.

Hi, I mean that I just downloaded the latest softcam rar. and unzipped it to my memory stick.

I then stuck the USB stick in the receiver and loaded the softcam in via the receivers menus.
