hi all i have hit a problem i updated the maps on my tomtom 720, from the tomtom site no problem, i didn't like the new style of maps so i went to restore my origanal file loaded no problem went to boot up now it is stuck on a picture will not go any further can you help please ihave loaded file twice and reset it

:confused: I'm sure Russell will correct me if I'm wrong but I think you'll have to go back to V6 firmware if you want to use v6 maps.

hi i have wiped it loaded software again then disconected thats what i was doing wrong cheers all up and running

No - you can use v6 & v7 maps with v7 firmware.
