i have loaded up the hot 9.9.on my 5400 left the narg2 on auto but pw is not au dating can someone confiarm it ?

For me au working ok yesterday.takes +/- 3min. no problems

afther tip from Marco> set on prem channel> hit 24! (removed keys) And they went back in 25 sec . not bad

the tip which was provided worked for me

I first loaded the HDF File
then loaded the PMC Table (provided in the zip file)
Went to channel Hit24
Reloaded old bin
Set CAID to CARD+EMU
Set Nagra2 AU to ON

left on HIT24 for 20 secs and updated

have a go again mate

are you using DSR to load the bin

weird stuff, l was in the same position as you, l loaded the files and waited for the updates but nothing happened

so l reloaded a bin from yesterday (whilst on HIT24)
then changed Nagra AU to ON
then just waited

try another bin file if you like that was working previously

and you know to load a key bin with the receiver switched on?

and you have loaded this module over the top of say hot 9.6?

Maybe try to clean the chip from your funcard.(use a gum to clean this) it canbe dirty. then nothing works.

When you insert your card it is reading !!!

Smart Card is eccepted and not smart card is extracted
Good point maxhum clean the chip from your card

also premiere channels should be reading N when you press red button on r/c
@digi tec can you get any other packages tps etc ? if not try programing your card again Failing that Try another card

You haven't loaded the keys correctly. Your Humax should be turned ON a FTA channel when uploading.

or you could try the tried and tested method of loading a new or your own channel settings hnf file, this clears the bin enabling you to reload the bin again

please could someone modify the 9.9 and add the latest pmct settings into it.It seems to be getting harder and more confusing all the time to get it working.I feel sorry for anybody new in the game and probably almost in possible to use all the different loaders and settings.I have never had to modify the pmct settings in the past to get the all previous hot patches working,as all the hot patches seem to have had the correct pmct settings in them.I have a bit of knowledge and gave up an programmed my dragon cam to auto.I dont think a newbie has much of a chance of getting this working.please could voith come up with something different.

You can't get auto update to work? You cant upload a pmct? Auto update has nothing to do with pmcTables. If you tell us your problem then we can help you.

hi milkybarkid,
your faith in me is nice but its not my area of expertise, i only have a bog standard setup, with only the pcm that is installed and included with the patch there is no need for anything else under normal cir***stances.

my watching has been helped by the post further up, new bin, and on hit 24.

though I think there is a misunderstanding over the bin/keys, provided the card has proved successful before, then just leave it be, don't touch it, no more programming, when you load a new bin suitable for 9.9, (this is what I have done) it goes in the box, it is best to go to standby and preferably restart from the front switch to set the keys but other than that, i have done nothing else.
