tm6900 usb

is there a right way to insert and remove your usb stick into the tm6900. i ask because if on the pc you can click an icon in the toolbar and after a few secs it tells you it is safe to remove.

i just put my memory stick in and remove it when i want, also i do that with the hard drive no ready to eject or nothing just pull it out
