I read this day a lot of story about Premiere and nds. Today Premiere speaker say about story (from germany 'focus magazin') ''pure speculation''. Maybe Murdoch wait good moment for Premiere? I dont know...

With News Corporation’s purchase of a 14.58% stake in Premiere sealed last Monday they now have a foothold and I personally think this is a 'minor' holding prior to securing a larger stake and certainly took it infront of other well known interested parties.

I was not in Europe on that day but believe the cash price of €17.50 per share and its purchaser has prompted a lot of thought within the industry.

End of the day.....obvious now that the takeover of Premiere will need the News Corp holding to be bought too!!!

¿How long before a full bid?

Not liked by many for different reasons but from my point of view a clear winner in business attitude and tactics and a lack of capable opposition.......proven without argument by company results.
