HD TV Tuner?

I bought my screen: Sony KDL46x3500U just before the announcement from Greedy Gordon's crew that HD TV is to be introduced to terrestial :confused:

I now have a new telly obviously without a HD TV tuner which has ****ed me off considerably.

I wonder if Sony or someone will introduce a HD tuner which will integrate within the telly rather than a set-top box :rolleyes:

If I see a pig flying over my pad I think the answer could be yes :)

they will when the demand is there but not in the near future no hd tv channels transmitting yet

All updates in the past have all been done by set-top boxes but that wasn't too bad a few years ago as there were not too many boxes under the telly but we have rucks of them nowadays. Another box under my telly would lead to serious over-population and a 'Health & Safety' electrical hazard notice being served :D
