hi all,

does anyone know if there is a way to connect to a cccam server on this box, there dont seem to be be a cccam client for it yet but is there any other alternatives?

yea thats what i have been finding, i have a dreambox also, is there anywayto relay to the kathrein over mgcamd or somthing??

Not possible to do it.

The author of CCcam is paid by Dream so the EMU will never be ported to another platform.

Yes dead easy, mgcamd will leech from gbox, it's a shame it wont work the other way around.

Yes and there is a reason the author made it work only one way.

cccam works on the tm9100 which has nothing to do with dream as far as i know

may be they are but if that was the case then cccam would be able to read sly card in at least one of the slots in the TM, but it doesn't after v1.61, unless you use newcs in combo withit

Guys CCcam team are in bed with dream and the only reason it works on the 9100 Technomate is because it runs enigma.

Now don't be surprised if next release CCcam does not work with 9100.

They have been trying to stop people using CCcam on dgstation/ABcom boxes since version 2.0.0.

You could get round it by running enigma on your dgstation box but now with the new 2.0.5 this has stopped many dgstation boxes from using the latest CCcam.

Think they ( CCcam team ) have wrote something in to it so if it detects a dgstation tuner then it just keeps freezing and looping.

Only support opensource EMUs like Mgcamd for example, then anyone with some software skills can port it to another platform.

Yeah i agree, some of these are just script kiddiez with too much time.

Yet another reason to not buy any Dreambox products and only favor DGstation aka ABCOM or the other Linux receivers.
