no problem contacted vigin they will send him a new sim card for free

no they will provide him a PUK code to save numbers.

The blocked phones are just normal with the kids' phones, right?
But it's real simple to resolve the problem:
Call the operator's customer service and tell them the situation, they will ask you for the phone model, sim number, etc. and that's resolved!!!
Plain and simple.
NO NEED TO SPANK YOUR KIDS!!!:D
