5400 vaic perm help

HI all,

I am having problems with Premier i can not get it to clear.

I am running HOT 10.2, latest Key file, and upto date pet123 settings.

When you select a prem channel it used to say "Try N" in the channel window however now it says "B" and i can not get it to change, i have tried to clear the box and start again however nothing seams to be working.

Can someone please help??

basic check, switch off at the wall and restart, this sometimes kicks it into play,
check you have changed caid preset to card+emu
check in the toh menu that you actually have keys in the register

and your card is still in the box contacts up

after u've checked what Voith Driver m8 has said

although u say u've checked all - it does sound that the bin file is not in correctly

this is procedure i do if i get probs- take out card/cams B4 proceding


1 : input settings again - using buttons on STB for on/off/end - not remote

2: put in latest TOH (ver 10.2 ATM) using buttons as above

3: put in Xamuh latest pmctable using buttons as above using appropiate software program

4: set card + emu + s in TOH menu - also have emn +emm showing

5: with STB on put in latest Bin file - if its not up to date /switch off and on for auto function 2 work

all then should b ok

if not i have known to use wdnooak + to put an old HDF file formatted for use as an pmct table and then up dating pmct table with normal updating procedure and then put in latest bin file in again
