LG 42LGX style breaks new ground
It would have been inconceivable a few years ago to talk about the electronics giant LG and 'Style' in the same sentence. It is a sign of how times have changed that we are now looking at the Korean electronics giant for styling leads for anything from LCD TV's to mobile phones.
LG have recognized that consumers are enticed as much by the design aspect of a flat panel TV as by its performance. Employing a Milan based design studio, LG began to introduce a range of high style LCD and Plasma screens early in 2007, screens which quickly captured the public's imagination
With the 42LGX, LG have taken another bold stylistic step forward, and yes, that is a spherical hole in the lower bezel of the frame.
LG have made a huge impact on the LCD TV market of late, and their decision to focus on design as well as innovation seems to be paying dividends. LG's new found quality, performance and style is encapsulated by some of their more recent models such as the 32LB75, and their top end LY series of LCD TV's
