Help!!!

I have a Vantage 7100s HD reciever which has been updated with the latest FW but I cannot open Pr**ier Spo**s Po*tal. I can open the Portal but when I press options and select a match I get "Scrambled Channel".

Please help as this is very frustrating!! :mad:
