password problems

hi guys,
i have tried to ftp my box today using dcc 295 but i cannot access any ftp files as i have forgotten my password (i know silly T**T) but i have tried tcc 6 and tried to change password but that does not allow it either i have checked my comm settings they are fine
is there a way i can reset the password.
it was ok before and then i installed the ur 12 image and i have forgotten the password.

can someone please help me?

UR12 has no password and dcc wont work without a password did you try TCC leaving the current password blank and giving it a new password

Otherwise a factory reset will return it to the default password

i shall do a reset in the morning and write down the password for future reference.

ps do i do the reset from the technomate and re-install the image again?
