EL 777 How to unlock a channel in Fav menu

Hi All

Is there a way to take the lock off a channel in the favourites menu, if not how do you remove the lock on a channel ?

Try:-

Fav > Yellow button > Enter password > select channel using up/down keys > Yellow button.

That should remove the lock then press Menu to save.

Not possible to see yellow button in fav menu.

Here's the problem once a chanel is in the fav menu its not possible to edit it ?

Can you delete it then add it again?

I tried that but it just disappears completely.

I have to use channel back up to see it again !!!

I tried today and you can't unlock a channel in a Favourite menu. You have to first remove it from the Fav menu:-

Select channel > Password > LIST > FAV > OK > EXIT > MENU > Yes

Then unlock it:-

LIST > Edit > Password > Lock > MENU > Yes > MENU

When I remove it from the favourites it disappears and I have to use the restore to get the channel back !!!

It does disappear from the favourites list but it is still in the full channel list and also in the list for that satellite.

Ok well in y listing id just disappears completely
