tomtom home connection problem

hey guys,
I have just got a tomtom one v2 and am having problems connecting it to tomtom home.

I can connect to home v1.5 and move stuff to my tomtom. I can't however connect when I use home v2.1or 2.2. The tomtom, despite showing up in my computer, is not picked up by the program.

Any ideas how i can fix this?

my problem with the latest TT home is that it dont find my email adress account. have used the same username and password for almost a year, but the last weeks I cant log in with tomtome home. But on the web pages the login works fine
