Unlock Samsung F700

hey i was wondering if anyone knew if you can unlock the Samsung F700 yourself? i have had a quick search on google but the sites keep asking you to pay lol, if im going to pay i might as well pay Samsung/ Vodafone UNLESS obviously you only have to pay a little amount.
