1500ci and T rex problem

Please can someone advise?
I have recently purchased a T-Rex cam and installed latest dra files
I am getting picture break ups on all coded channels! Is there a fix for this?
I also have a dragon cam still, I tested this cam and all is fine. Is it that the T-Rex cam is not compatible with 1500ci?

I am using software version 1.73
Dragon 3.66 software

are you using the magic patch v2.55p as well ??

if you are using the patch and the dragon cam they will fight for supremacy , in which case you should turn off the patch when using the cam

if you are not using the patch , then you must check the trex/dragon cam forum here

none that I am aware of , unless it was a super trex and could open something that the patch could not

and if there were key conflicts etc you can get freezing or black channels , so the best method is one or the other

lastly , some ppl would use the trex for certain cards as the patch may not be compatible with those cards , especially one of them
