Is Sux V*ew open???

A few conflicting posts - some suggest it's open, some not.
Have tried the latest key.bin, although the keys in Irdeto
provider 5 are the same as the original, but can't clear it.
Running Hot 11.0. Machine attempting to decrypt Irdeto
so I guess PMCT ok.
Any thoughts

I think its only open with an official card or cs, HOT11 is old now, we are on 11.1, but this is for TV Globo whatever that is, patches for sv only last a few days.
