Next Ye-2000 cx Super Plus wont start

Hi guys i brought a Nextstar digital reciver , i have tryit to flash it whith it own usb whith latest flash , it cant start now , when i turn it on it boots and write runP and it cames no picture or menu on. on the screen it cames runP . Its Nextstar Ye-2000 Cx Super plus.
any ide how to fix this problem ....
