Has Retelsat changed keys?

Hi,

does someone know what happened to Retelsat on Hispasat?
They are using Viaccess and were open for many years now.
Since a few days I cant get the channel. So my question have they change the keys?

There's a message showing on there which i think says that transmission is suspended for 30 days. I don't understand the last bit of the message "perdonen las molestias". Don't know if this message is for the late night FTA stuff or everything
