Anyone know how to update to v7

Anyone know how to update to v7 (and where the file is), I have updated maps but the device is saying no maps found, I can only assume this is to do with me using app 5.201 and downloading v7 maps. Any help would be appreciated.

hi
first you better state what you want to update as you havent stated a model.

but i think you will need to connect to tomtom home and update your application to version 7.xxx depending on your model before you add your cracked map
