depends on your location as to an answer for any question like that

it also depends which beam you want to access too , as they point beams in different directions

60cm dish should get you some of the channels on that 42e , but not the ones beamed into turkey and surrounding area

S1 and west beam 80cm dish is fine on turk sat east beam in the uk no , so if showtime is on either of these and on turk sat you will be ok with a small dish but east beam no

if you are talking about 7 west signals I would say a dish size of between 1.5m and 2.4m , probably 1.8m

Just be careful I know a guy from Wolverhampton on another forum who went and got a andrews 180cm dish and matched feedhorn and got a professional installer to fit it but could not get a good lock on the H transponders, so he had to get a andrews 240cm dish fo 24/7 lock and pictures.

Here is a couple of pictures of his dish, hope you don't mine Kimbo.

I also had doubts that the 1.8 andrews would do the job tried in the past with both andrews 1.8m o/s and precision 1.8 p/f the andrews had the edge over the precision but not sufficient gain for all of nilesat 24/7
