Hi Folks,
I am unable to get a signal on my Humax 2000 HD box at 16E for the Digitalb HD 1-4 and Supersport HD 1-2 channels.
The basic Digitalb movie channels scan in ok.
Have I got the correct parameters? I am searching for:
Freq: 10.975H
S/R: 22500
Sat: Eutelsat W2
Pos: 16E
All I get on my receiver for this frequency is
Signal strength: about 40%
Signal Quality: 0
Has anyone any suggestions how I might resolve this? I live in Belfast and the signal strength and quality of the standard definition Digitalb channels is excellent. I have a diablo cam v2.3 programmed with underworld 1.09.
Any help appreciated:iamwithstupid:

Hi satfanni,
North East England (55N...1.4w) and all the HD channels are the same as you.
Except instead of (No Signal) on my 80cm dish, its reading (Signal Quality 7%)
and the is Black Screen.
Stafi, What are your setting, I have just updated my Diablo 2.2 to 2.3 with UW 109., but
not clearing Digitalb (16e) on my HDCI2000.

Eutelsat W2 (16.0E) - 10975.92 H - Txp: B1 - Beam: Europe DVB-S2 (QPSK) - 22500 4/5 - NID:366 - TID:30100
These settings don't work for me. I'm using a 1.2m dish in the Belfast area. Any ideas anyone?

I can confirm DVB-S2 QPSK SR 22500 FEC 4/5 are definately the correct parameters, 80% signal for me here. I've found with my HDCI2000 it's better to search a slightly higher frequency than a channel is reported to be on. Maybe try 10977H instead of 10975H, it might work!

Cheers m8. Can't thank you enough:respect-067:
Scanned in HD channels at 10.977H as you suggested and it worked a treat. I would never have thought of doing this.
Thanks again:bravo-009:

Seems to be a quirk of this receiver! I always enter new frequencies slightly higher than they're reported to be on. Glad i could help!

Hi satfanni,
There seems we are missing something with the HD Channels.
All Pid, Sid, PMT. DVB-S2. Transponder, All OK.
But will not scan in, (NO Channels Found).
Laurals53 latest list (L53 14 May 08) has the, 6 Hd channels loaded, (Spot ON).
So how is it when you go into (Search Channels) you reading are (Sig Quality 0).
But when you goto (HD 1) it should read (No Signal), but it does not
it reads (Channel is Scrambled or not Working).
Are the 6 Hd channel still testing.
Are they still Transmitting.

Hi BF,
Sorry to hear that you have still not got it sorted. I can confirm that the 6HD test channels (HD1-4) and Sports (1-2) are still working. I had however to upgrade to underworld 1.10 due to a key change today.
Try scanning in the channels at frequency 10977H instead of 10975H. This worked for me along with other settings as follows:
DVB-S2 QPSK SR 22500 FEC 4/5.
This should work.
Good luck m8.
