Sly HD and being told no!!

Tried to order sly HD. Problem is I have a single output communial system for Sly and a Quad output LNB on a Motorised dish. After explaining this to the gentlemen at Sly, he gave me a phonenumber for communial system.

He said to phone this to arrange an installation with this department. When I phoned it, it said I was to be resisted, and I assume this means I was turned down.

Should of said nothing, and told the installer on the day not to put the dish up.

Lesson learned, I will go though someone else. I check with the sponsor on here.

you can try again and this time say nothing at all and prepair it so all the installer has to do is plub cables in from your dish. though you might want to wait until newer non Thompson boxes boxes are out unless you wanna replace the Power supply in their yourself when it inevitably breaks .
