Tech `1500ci+ & Eurosport2 Is It Possible

Is it possible to get a cam & card (legal or not) to be able to watch EUROSPORT2 on the TECH`1500CI+ with a fixed dish, dual lnb astra 19.2% & Hotbird 13%. I DON`T WANT SKY.
Any help much apprec` newbie. I do patch my receiver at the moment with Darkman latest patches etc.

you may get it on 1 west though

but if it doesnt open using the latest patch and tmsoftcam , then the answer is no

on hotbird as part of the polsat package, and both
are in english audio

Eurosport 2 is open on 19e at the mo.
Part of Premiere package which is open on patches.
