TNThi TNT as I got the boxes and got existed I wonted to tell friends in the forums as they have been asking where to get it we called lee he dose not have them in stock because he is not the distributor as he did not have them we went to Camberley surrey sorry I will be very careful from now.

This is the same distributor that charged my credit card £361 on 22 May after I had cancelled my pre-ordered DM800 by email and telephone over a month previously.
I am still waiting for the money to be refunded to my card even though I have not received the box.

Is the remote from the 800 DM the same that for the 7020?
I have an 7020 and i don't want when i change on the 7020 it will change also the 800 DM one?

Maybe KMM with his great contacts there could get your money back for u m8, lol.
Seriously it only takes 3-4 days to put money back in, we all make mistakes but to not bother to rectify it when informed is wrong. Crabber, name and shame them on every forum before taking them to small claims, they will have to pay your costs too 100%.

Thanks for your support, I am giving them the benefit of the doubt for a few more days yet.
I normally buy from Lee and have always had next day delivery, AND he takes the time to help if I ring with questions. This time I was impatient to get my hands on an 800 and was told delivery in 3 weeks if I pre-ordered.
This "three weeks" nonsense went on for three months so I cancelled only to find a month later that my card had been debited yet I had received NO GOODS.
My phone calls to them were greeted with "we haven't got time to sort this out we have 3000 orders", then the next day it was "300 orders"
I would not have gone public yet but felt annoyed seeing the blatant advertising in this thread.

That is really good of you, the present position is they have said the money has been refunded but I have seen nothing in my (internet) account yet, so I wait another couple of days.

I haven't cos i aint got the box yet but from what i read you can get BBC HD But not ITV HD this is hopefully just a software problem and only time will tell.

I think only all that have an official Freesat receiver.

No change to other receivers that can't get it now.

We shall have to wait and see who can get it, but I think no change for those that can't get it on a non Freesat receiver, as it is only a stream on a Freesat receiver via the red button on remote, rather than a real channel.
