After all these years my pet seems to have died...
Single flashing dot - any ideas what the problem may be, can find an answer to 3 dots but not 1..
Power supply ?

Yes, happened me, power supply gone,
solution is one of those upgraded ones on E_bay around £17 - £18,
do a search there under `humax`

**** power supply fixer got back to me after testing stating not a power supply problem as works in the test machine..
Some bad advice given to me here!!!

Could be that the flash memories are corrupt or damaged.
If you have access to someone with a Z-Board, maybe worth a try.
If the flash is damaged however, you've probably got a more serious problem.

hi kazil,
not so much bad advice, as not useful to you, as has been written further up, this was the solution for another member so in good faith he passed it on, which i also have seen on other forums, and i also would have suggested a psu problem if you had done the usual tests of reloading software with a cold start.
