What size dish would you need to get this in Turkey (Akbuk) or is it like sky low signal and you need a dish like 120cm big to get. And will any sat box work to pick them up I think the EPG will no work.

the freesat signat is from 28e same as sky as you know the astra satellites at this position have different beams for bbc ect you would need a truly learge dish for some of these channels as for receiver I use a fortec passion for the HD stuff any receiver will pick up the fta stuff you could use a bog standard digibox for channel five a card is needed so this has to be taken into account when choosing a receiver the best way to see what sise dish you need have a word with a neighbour that has a working system on 28e

at the moment nothing much more than you get from fta 28e bbc hd itv1 hd and channel4 hd being the exeption but channel 5 is a no go as you need the card no ci slot on the freesat receivers no recording of any kind a complete waste of money in my opinion
Worth having a look at the HUMAX PVR9200T/B or HUMAX FOXSAT-HD
