with or without CI

Im in a dilema as whether to purchase a 5400ci+ or a 5200D receiver.The only difference is the CI port but they are both patchable so would it a difference in the long run?What are your thoughts guys.Thanks in advance.:confused:

would always want the cam option for the future.
Have no idea what will be available next but do know we will loose premier very soon, also i thought the 5200d had no card reader as well the 5300d+ has the usb and card reader.

deffo the card/cam option, got the 54ci, and used the cams a lot in the last 3months,.
