channel 4 HD help please hummy 2000

I just updated my hummy with the 15 software and the freesat.zip file. got ITV HD and BBC HD sweet as but channel 4 HD i just have sound and no picture. I have a free view sly card and all the others such as channel 5 are ok. Anyone any ideas?

are the entitlements up to date for channel 4 on the card
edit: that may be a stupid question as you wouldn't get sound if they weren't !!

Yes i think so when i pull card it says service scrambled then i push in and get sound fine but no pic

what cam are you using, try going to bbchd and then back to channel 4hd, if you using dragon cam put in card number gives option in menu

should work without pairing card and cam. i had it working on tm6800hd with dragon ,but recently sold my dragon as channel 4 hd was all i was keeping it for.

What the hell have Humax done with firmwares after v11 to stop
C4 HD clearing?

I hope they fix it in the next firmware.

dont think there is suport for hd 2000ci anymore maybe wrong if so sorry

Wasn't that long ago that v15 came out, so I think they are still supporting it unless they have announced the end of future support. I have not heard anything.

Thanks for the replys guys. I had on firm 11 but did same thing so went to 15 but still same. Im using dragon with the latest pred files installed. No real biggy I only was interested in ITV HD but you know what its like when something dont work you just need to sort it :-). Im going to do a rescan later and see what happens I think it could be down to an incorrect pid or something. ill let you know if I get it sorted..

Hi guys,

C4HD only works with firmware version 11. I have tried 15 and 16, but 11 is the only one clearing the picture. Both C4HD and the HD Retail channel cleared right away with a dragon cam and an original yellow house card, while on versions 15 & 16 I had to restart the Humax few times and re-inserting the card to clear the picture. The lipsync problem on C4HD is also less severe with version 11.

I have this problem & got over it by first going to channel 4 HD then go to the Swis HD channel ( noy sure its official name ) & then press the back button which then takes you back to channel 4 hd & alls ok
