patches etc

im in a fix .thick as s--- cant get any channels on thor .dont know the first thing about patches ,what they are ,how to download them or even put them on my tm5400c1+ box . anyonewilling to help me please . thanks m8s

Ist do you have a USB stick.
If so down load the latest magic patch, unzip and copy to stick
put stick in reciever and go to menu, usb and upload the magic file.
when this is done do the same for latest kempa82 softcam.

Or what reciever did you have before and are you sure your dish is facing 0.8w.
Or how basic are you asking?
