Mate at work says the block of flats he lives in is installing a dish

it could work if it was getting a direct signal through a roof window -- but the signal would be reduced ---
and when it rains it will be lucky to get a signal at all unless its a decent sized dish

i set it up like this in my garage -- under a roof window -- to get analogue radio channels from 19 east -- it was ok for that
