Error 3 & error 6 on Goldmaster SAT-9400CI

Trying to update Goldmaster SAT-9400CI and getting Error 3 & error 6. I have change Compatibility to different ones and still not working. Using XP pro and have had it working on it before but cannot get it this time. Thanks for any help on this one.

For the com port what setting do you but on for Speed.

Thanks for that M8 got it sorted from a Turkish forum. But you have help me with the error codes know I know what they all mean. Once again thanks for that.
