i have the 2100 plus but cant get to load keys off the usb stick. the stb always show empty files but there are files on the usb stick when i plug it into the pc. all i want is to get bbc prime on hotbird, has this happened to anybody else, have factory reset it but still no luck. i have only been able to do firmware updates with the usb. cheers thanks

I thnk I've solved your problem. I tried to emulate the same problem on my receiver and managed to do it. Here's what to try.

Menu. System setting. Security settings. *OK*. Pin code.

Switch multicam to *ON*. Exit. Confirm changes.

Then you'll be able to see the keys files on your memory stick & load them up.

have done what you said, but have not been able to find multicam after i have entered my pin.all i have is

receiver lock
install lock
channel lock
age limit
current password.

have i gone into the wrong set up.
