Does anyone know if it is possible to convert a HD MKV file into the same format used by my 6900, so I can watch some downloaded movies I have aquired?

The format is TS, but I'm not sure if a converted file will play on my rx...
Guess I'm just going to have to make a test :)

I have done a quick test using a sample MKV file, converted to TS using OJOSoft Total Video Converter and put on a memory stick.
No recordings found, according to my 6900 :(
Back to the drawing board... Perhaps I need to check the format of the recorded files on my 6900 first, maybe they need to be configured a certain way.

Not 100% certain but ConvertXtoDvd converts files recorded from the 6900
It might do the job
