I have a Topfield 5000CIP receiver and a Jaeger motorised mount. The system works well and tracks the arc superbly
I would like to get a Topfield HD receiver but can find none that operate the conventional motorised system.
If I go ahead and get a HD receiver what else do I need to drive the Jaeger motorised mount? Would I also have to replacethe Jaeger mount with a compatible diseq motor ? Your comments would be greatly appreciated.

Have done a little reading and have come to the conclusion that the V box is what I'm after, are there and others any better?

It depends on your dish size and how far off the ground m8. The Diseq motor is fine below 1.2m.

I have a 1m dish on a 1.2m diseq about 5m high and have no probs at all. No doubt the diseq method is the easiest way to go about it. Like I said previously depends on your dish.

No worries at all with diseq m8, the 1m diseq is far quicker on the move than the 1.2 diseq but obviously not so robust.
