9100 flash prob

trying to flash one of these for a friend with the new edg nemesis on a 9100 flashed with file from downloads only one file for the 9100 and it just reboots all the time have i missed some thing

Turn of at back, whilst off hold down UP arrow
on front of box, whilst holding down turn back on at back of the box


Should take you into menu to factory reset.
