vaci5300 help needed

i have just got a 5300 can any one tell me where i can down load
any of latest soft wear.
i downloaded channel list and loaded with dragon cam it works for a while then asks me for smart card.
my humax 5400 works fine useing same what am idoing wrong?
i know how to patch any help please

This hummy have some few bugs, i have same problem you and same bugs.
Have this hummy for at least 10years now i think and very satisfied.
Amazing picturequality.
