Universal twin LNB

using a twin universal LNB one to motorised sat receiver which is working and good signal strength, the other to echostar receiver
but no signal on same satellite? do I need to change settings in
echostar, as already set LNB to twin on both receivers.:mad:

lnb should be set to universal on both receivers
