With a USB stick...

is it possible to put a movie on it and plug it into the back of the 800 and watch the film on the usb stick through the dreambox like this?

if so does the file need to be in a certain format?

should be able to record a movie from the DB to the memory stick I use the technomate to record onto memory stick

1- Blue panel
2- Device Manager
3- click on mount and choose which folder to mount it on "media/usb"
4- click ok

an you can find the usb on media/usb or click on info on device manager and he will tell you if its mounted or not and where it is mounted.
dont forget to add it to fstab
